TRIO URBAN Return Policy
At TRIO URBAN, each piece is custom-made just for you, ensuring a unique and personalized experience. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:

A $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover production costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@triourban.com with your 4 digit order number and stating the reason for your return. Returns will be sent back to the following address: 1101 Ocean front walk unit 1, venice, ca 90291
If the return is accepted Trio Urban will send a return shipping label to your email address underneath your order and instruct what steps to follow. Garments sent back to our warehouse without a notice will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Trio Urban will need proof of any of the mentioned reasons before with pictures.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
