Please read for all shipments with any carrier. Check exterior doors or other places your package could've been placed, like the porch, back patio or garage. Also check with anyone who may have picked up your package, like a neighbor. If you still can't find it, contact the carrier with the given tracking number sent to your email. .



We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. & Canada.

Please note orders placed after 12:00 pm Friday afternoon will ship the following Monday.

 

USPS 

       The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If there is an issue with your package, you can contact the USPS customer service team on 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).

Current USPS rates apply for standard Priority/Express Mail.

In-store pickup is not available because we only have a warehouse not a walk in store.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order, this includes express orders. Allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email with a tracking number from USPS once your order ships.

USPS Announcement Feb 8, 2024: Every day except Sunday is a USPS business day. Local office hours vary from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, but some offices close earlier. Check your local post office hours before visiting. USPS delivers on Saturday, although it has short business hours and is closed on Sundays, and on federal holidays.

How Fast Will It Get There?

Transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses.

FedEx, UPS ground, and express are open Monday to Friday. Saturday is only considered a business day when priority Saturday service is chosen. Otherwise, Saturday is not counted when calculating business days. USPS typically delivers shipments Monday to Saturday, so Saturday can be considered as a business day.
